Chocolate Ganache Cake coated with walnuts

I made this cake as a Birthday Gift for a family friend. They love Chocolate & so I decided on making a chocolate cake with Choco Ganache filling & coated the sides with crushed walnuts. It was made at a very short notice which is y I didn't have much time to decorate it as expected.Though the cake turned out very delicious.

Chocolate Ganache Cake with Butter Cream Roses

I tried making chocolate Ganache watching a Youtube Video & it turned out yummy!!! I decorated this Devil's Food cake with Chocolate Butter Cream filling & iced it with Chocolate Ganache made of Hershey's Dark Chocolate .This was the first time I tried making the BC Roses....which is why they resemble a cabbage ;-)
